Are you wondering if Pilates might be something for you? The Single Private includes one session and will introduce some of the Pilates principles. These might include awareness, balance, breath, concentration, centering, control, efficiency, flow, precision, or harmony. Private Sessions are one client, one instructor, and are 55 minutes in duration. Virtual sessions are available upon request. Any apparatus that is available will be incorporated into the session, if none is available we will make use of common household goods (think, wall, chair, floor, pillow, towel etc. :)
