10-PACK Private

Service Description

The 10-Pack Private includes 10 sessions. Commit to yourself! Regular sessions allow one to see changes happen. Private Sessions are one client, one instructor, and 55 minutes in duration. Virtual sessions are available upon request. Any apparatus that is available will be incorporated into the session, if none is available we will make use of common household goods (think, wall, chair, floor, pillow, towel etc. :)
